Amanda is an ACE (American Council on Exercise) Certified Personal Trainer with a passion for outdoor fitness.

She is a former Division I volleyball player, ultramarathoner, and dedicated mother of two.

After overcoming weight gain and unhealthy habits in college, Amanda transformed her life through fitness and now helps others do the same.

Amanda offers virtual workouts, at-home workouts, outdoor workouts, and workouts in gym settings.

Whether she's guiding a trail run, leading a backyard strength session, or coaching online, Amanda’s goal is to inspire her clients to find strength, balance, and peace through movement in any setting.
